Complete Sweet Pie Factory / Bakery Clearance and Handover by 2C Engineers Ltd
This operational sweet pie production factory was fully cleared and left ready for handover to the landlord including industrial Spooner travelling ovens, spiral freezers and complete packaging lines.
One complete line was relocated and installed in the North of England, another was relocated by us to a large bakery in Poland, and 2C Machines Ltd purchased the remaining two lines, one of which was shipped and installed in the UAE.
After all the machinery was removed, we carried out all the necessary structural adjustments and refurbishments to ensure the factory was fit to hand back to the landlord keeping dilapidation costs to a minimum.
The project, managed under CDM regulations, was successfully completed to a strict timeline, meeting all landlord tenant and landlord expectations.
