A valued retained client sought to bag 12 bread rolls per bag at a rate of 60 bags per minute. They required a single company to design, manufacture, supply, install, and commission a comprehensive packaging line.

We undertook the design of a complete packing line, ensuring it met the client's requirements while allowing for future expansion.

It became evident that we needed two automatic multihead weigh systems feeding two independent vertical baggers, along with all the necessary ancillary equipment to complete the line.

We supplied two Yamato 14-pan multihead weighers and two Ilapak Vegatronic vertical baggers.

Additionally, we designed and constructed an overhead gantry to support the weighers, created a feed system to ensure equal product distribution from the spiral freezer, and supplied all the ancillary production machinery required to complete the line.

Upon completion of the installation of the bread roll packing facility, we commissioned the machinery and stationed an engineer on-site to oversee the line's 'bed-in' process.

All work was carried out under CDM management, delivered within budget, and met the client's agreed timelines.
