We conducted an on-site meeting to devise a disconnection and removal plan for the tower, ensuring minimal disruption to the factory operations. The detailed plan, timeline, risk assessments, and method statements were submitted for approval.

Upon receiving approval, we scheduled our work so that all crane lifts were executed on a Saturday morning, necessitating the closure of the main access road to the factory.

The lifting operations proceeded seamlessly, and the road was reopened within the allotted timeframe. The area was thoroughly cleared of any remaining debris, and all materials were disposed of in compliance with waste management regulations.
