Following the acquisition and resale of a Frigoscandia M7 spiral freezer and accompanying plant, our company was awarded the contract to dismantle, transport, refit, and commission the machinery at a new location 50 miles away.

The project was highly time-sensitive, necessitating the rapid removal, transportation, reassembly, and commissioning of the equipment within a stringent timeframe.

To expedite the removal process, we deployed a larger-than-usual team of engineers and arranged for immediate shipment of the components as they were dismantled.

This swift action enabled us to commence the reinstallation process promptly. We began by constructing a concrete plinth for the spiral freezer, incorporating additional floor supports to stabilise the legs of the unit.

Due to the plant's location 90 meters away from the freezer, extensive pipework was required, presenting several challenges which we overcame through perseverance and strategic planning.

Upon completion of the installation of the equipment, we conducted thorough tests to verify product temperature and throughput, ensuring that we met the customer's expectations.
